Dear customer,
We would like to inform you that during our service work, it may be necessary to handle locking bolts/nuts. The purpose of this message is to clarify that we do not accept responsibility for any consequences that may arise from breakages.
Liability Disclaimer:
Locking nuts: If our service work requires opening or removing locking bolts/nuts, we are not responsible for any damage that may result from the breakage of locking bolts/nuts and/or special keys. This may include damage to the nut threads, nut breakage, or other similar problems.
Possible consequences: Consequences resulting from broken locking bolts/nuts, such as possible repair costs or additional work, are not our responsibility.
While we do our best to ensure professional and careful work, it is important to understand that locking bolts/nuts may be susceptible to damage, especially if they have previously been exposed to corrosion or are old.

CUSTOMER VEHICLE PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS AND STORAGE PRICING

Dear customer,
We would like to thank you for your trust in choosing us to service your vehicle. When the vehicle maintenance and/or repair work has been completed, and the vehicle is ready for pickup, please note the following instructions for pickup:
Pickup time: The vehicle must be picked up no later than the next business day after we have notified you of the vehicle's completion/readiness for pickup. Separate agreements are a different matter.
Pickup location: The vehicle is parked in the immediate vicinity of our property at Ruukinmestarintie 7, 02330 Espoo. More detailed instructions are available from our service personnel.
Storage costs: If the vehicle is not picked up within the aforementioned deadline, we will charge a storage fee of 25 euros per day (VAT 0%), starting from the afternoon of the next business day. Unless otherwise agreed.
Questions related to payment and any other possible questions or special needs can be presented by contacting our service personnel via the contact form on our website, by phone, email, or mail.

We would also like to inform you that we have performed your service work properly, but we are not responsible for any damage or problems that may arise from the removal of spark plugs, glow plugs, or injectors.
Disclaimer:
Spark plugs: We are not responsible for any damage, malfunctions, or other problems that may occur due to excessive tightness or looseness of the plugs, lack of correct electrode gap, or other factors related to spark plugs.
Glow plugs: We are not responsible for any damage that may arise from previous incorrect installation of glow plugs or their excessive tightness or looseness or other factors related to glow plugs. For example, we cannot prevent all contaminants from entering the cylinder when glow plugs are replaced. We always strive for the best result in all the work we do.
Injectors: We do not take responsibility for damage resulting from the removal of injectors, such as thread damage or injector malfunctions.
Contaminants: We are not responsible for contaminants that may come from removing glow plugs, spark plugs, or injectors and as a result fall into the engine interior.
By accepting our service, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms of this disclaimer and the repair price list.
Pricing information and other terms:
The general hourly rate of the workshop starts from 119€/h and electrical repair work from 220€/h, with more demanding work agreed upon separately. Additionally, separately agreed work may deviate from the normal price list because the work may be demanding specialist work, etc. For example, all our given prices are individual prices that may differ with different customers due to long customer relationships, etc.
Additionally, it should be noted that we never give a fixed price or fixed offer.
The workshop has the right to a 15% increase in the amount in addition to the agreed price without notifying the customer.
Furthermore, it should be taken into account if the condition of the car differs during service work, for example, there are hidden defects that result in additional work, the customer is obligated to pay for the extra time used to perform these additional tasks.
Wheel retightening and warranty:
Wheel retightening after service work:
The customer is responsible for independently tightening the car's wheels after 50km of driving or at the latest the day after leaving the workshop with their car.
If the customer does not know how to perform this procedure, they should deliver the car to a professional to perform this work, i.e., to us or a 3rd party.
We are not responsible for the charge of wheel tightening to a 3rd party if the customer takes it to a 3rd party for handling.
The warranty granted by the workshop for repair is according to the general workshop terms 6 months or 15,000 kilometers, depending on which of the mentioned limits is reached first.
By handing over the keys to the workshop, you have accepted our pricing, liability exemption, and warranty terms with the above-mentioned information.
